Deleting Your Account

Permanently delete your Jodly account and all associated data.

Quick Steps

    Go to Settings -- Open Settings > Account.
  2. 2
    Request deletion -- Tap "Delete Account" and verify your identity.
  3. 3
    Confirm -- Confirm deletion. This action cannot be undone.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from Jodly.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your digital business card(s)
  • All contacts and CRM data
  • Analytics history
  • Account settings and preferences
  • Public profile page
  • What Does NOT Get Deleted

  • Records of your contact exchanges with other users (they retain their copy)
  • Payment receipts (retained for tax/legal purposes for 7 years)
  • How to Delete

  • Go to Settings > Account
  • Scroll to "Danger Zone"
  • Tap "Delete Account"
  • Enter your password to confirm
  • Tap "Permanently Delete"
  • Grace Period

    After requesting deletion, you have 30 days to change your mind. During this period, your account is deactivated but your data is still recoverable. After 30 days, all data is permanently erased.

    Company Accounts

    If you are a company admin, you must first remove all team members and cancel your Business subscription before deleting your account.
