1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jodly (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and Business plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Jodly is a digital business card and professional CRM platform that enables users to create, share, and manage digital business cards, scan physical cards with OCR, manage contacts, and access analytics. The Service is available as a mobile application (Android and iOS) and through our website.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides basic features with limited functionality. We reserve the right to modify free plan features at any time.

4.2 Paid Plans

Pro and Business plans are available on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. After 7 days, no refunds are provided, but you retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing cycle.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Jodly, including card details, images, and contact data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Contains deceptive or misleading information
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service (other than approved APIs)
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law

7. Company Accounts (Business Plan)

7.1 Admin Responsibilities

Company admins are responsible for managing team member accounts, ensuring compliance with these terms by all team members, and managing billing for the company account.

7.2 Team Member Data

Company admins can view team members’ card details and analytics data. By joining a company account, team members consent to this access.

8. Intellectual Property

The Jodly name, logo, and all Service-related trademarks, designs, and software are the property of Jodly and its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jodly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jodly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
