Cancelling Your Subscription

How to cancel your Jodly subscription and what happens to your data.

Quick Steps

    Go to Settings -- Open Settings > Subscription.
  2. 2
    Tap Cancel -- Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
  3. 3
    Access continues -- Your Pro/Business features remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

How to Cancel

  • Open Settings > Subscription
  • Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  • Tell us why (optional)
  • Confirm cancellation
  • What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your card and contacts are preserved
  • CRM features, analytics, and OCR become read-only
  • Refund Policy

  • Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
  • After 7 days, no refunds but you keep access until the billing period ends
  • Contact support@jodly.in for refund requests
  • Re-subscribing

    You can re-subscribe anytime from Settings > Subscription. Your data and settings are preserved.
