Setting Up Your Company

Create your company account and configure team settings on Jodly Business.

Quick Steps

    Subscribe to Business -- Upgrade to the Jodly Business plan from your account settings.

    Create company -- Enter your company name, logo, and brand colors.
  3. 3
    Configure defaults -- Set default card templates, social links, and branding for all team members.

Getting Started with Jodly Business

The Business plan gives you a central dashboard to manage your entire team's digital business cards.

Step 1: Upgrade to Business

Go to Settings > Subscription and select the Business plan. You can start with a free trial.

Step 2: Create Your Company Profile

  • Company name -- displayed on all team cards
  • Logo -- uploaded and auto-applied to team cards
  • Brand colors -- primary and secondary colors used across all cards
  • Company website -- default link added to all cards
  • Step 3: Configure Defaults

    Set default values that are pre-filled on every new team member's card:

  • Company name and logo
  • Brand colors and layout template
  • Company social links
  • Default contact information (main office phone, etc.)
  • Step 4: Invite Your Team

    Navigate to Team > Invite Members and add your team by email. They will receive an invitation to join your company on Jodly.

    Billing

    Business plan billing is per-company, not per-user. Your subscription covers unlimited team members.
