    Open a contact -- Navigate to any contact in your CRM.

    Set reminder -- Tap "Set Reminder" and choose a date and time.

    Get notified -- Receive a push notification when it is time to follow up.

    Mark complete -- After following up, mark the reminder as done.

    View all upcoming reminders in the "Reminders" tab. You can:

  • Reschedule -- push the reminder to a later date
  • Mark complete -- check it off after following up
  • Delete -- remove reminders you no longer need

  • Day 1 -- send a brief "nice meeting you" message
  • Day 3-5 -- share something valuable (article, resource)
  • Week 2 -- propose a specific next step (call, meeting)
