Exporting Contacts

Export your contacts to CSV or sync with your phone contacts.

Quick Steps

  1. 1
    Go to CRM -- Open the CRM section of your Jodly app.
  2. 2
    Select contacts -- Choose specific contacts or select all.
  3. 3
    Export -- Tap Export and choose CSV format or phone sync.

Export Options

CSV Export

Download all your contacts as a CSV file that you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or import into other CRM tools.

Phone Sync

Sync your Jodly contacts with your phone's native contacts app. Changes in Jodly are reflected in your phone contacts.

What Gets Exported

  • Name and title
  • Company
  • Phone number(s)
  • Email address(es)
  • Tags and categories
  • Notes (optional)
  • Connection date

    • Using Exported Data

  • Import into email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid)
  • Load into enterprise CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Create mailing lists for event follow-ups
  • Backup your contact data

    • Data Privacy

    When exporting, only your own contacts and notes are included. Other users' private information is never exported.
